Shaun will lead our General Contracting and Woodhouse Restorations divisions, focused on streamlining our operations, exploring opportunities for business growth, and amplifying our corporate responsibility impact. Add a Title Shaun DeLorey Joins Woodhouse Group as New Chief Operating Officer November 9, 2023 Woodhouse Group is proud to announce that Shaun DeLorey has come onboard to lead our General Contracting and Woodhouse Restorations divisions as our new Chief Operating Officer (COO) . With more than 25 years of experience in the restoration and construction industry, Shaun’s focus will be on streamlining our operations, exploring opportunities for business growth, and amplifying our corporate responsibility impact. “Shaun is a high-performing operations executive with a great understanding of what our customers and communities need from us,” said Joe Woodhouse, CEO of Woodhouse Group . “Our goal has always been to lead, and with Shaun on board, we’re better positioned to do so than ever before.” Shaun’s return to Woodhouse Group marks an exciting full-circle journey as he was a top-producing Project Manager here in the early 2000’s. Since then, he’s honed his skills in various leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of Catastrophe Response with a national property restoration contractor. Now he’s back to lead our construction and restoration operations with a ton of expertise, a passion for community-driven service, and an ambitious vision for the future. “It’s a great time to be back at Woodhouse Group,” says Shaun. "There's a lot to look forward to as we work to stay ahead of the curve and continue delivering services that really make a difference.” Shaun holds Master Restorer Designations from IICRC and an Honours diploma from Humber College’s Architectural Drafting and Design program. His understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the restoration and construction sectors will be instrumental in navigating our path forward. “Shaun has a knack for turning complex challenges into strategic opportunities, which is exactly what we're looking for as we gear up for our next phase of growth,” shared Joe. Start Now 285 FOUNTAIN STREET SOUTH, CAMBRIDGE Built between 1855-1858, this building was first a stage coach stop on the Huron Trail. Since then this Georgian red-brick building has been home to a button factory, rooming house, several restaurants, and small businesses including Postability most recently. The charm and character of this lovely historic building shines through following extensive renovations and a complete demolition of the 2,300SF office space. The final brick-and-beam look features exposed roots of the main floor that mix the original traits of the building with the modern structural integrity of the steel beams. New washrooms, kitchenette, and open-concept offices make for a functional and modern workplace. < More Projects
