Team Woodhouse helped transformed the former Schreiter’s Home Furnishings building on Gaukel Street in Downtown Kitchener into a new home for tech startup Thalmic Labs, now North. This cultural landmark in the core of Kitchener was completely restored and renovated to let the building’s historic character shine through as brick-and-beam office space with exposed ceilings and masonry, heavy timber columns, large windows, and refinished wood floors.
