Founded in Kitchener in 2015, Alert Labs continues to excel in the smart building space. Only a couple short years ago now, were thrilled to help this growing tech startup move from incubator space to office space with a comfortable yet functional 7,500 square-foot redevelopment in the Downtown Kitchener core. We  renovated this century old small engine repair structure into a tech sector workplace and upgraded of exterior finishes. complete with plenty of natural light, extended sightlines, custom workstations, large coworking spaces, and colourful aesthetic touches that paired invitingly with the space's existing concrete features.
