Expanding their manufacturing facilities included renovation of a 48,000sf warehouse together with construction of a 16,000sf clean room and 2,300sf office area. OUR PROJECTS Start Now 380 KING STREET NORTH, WATERLOO Working together with Neo Architecture, Team Woodhouse completed the exterior renovation of Highland Park Shopping Centre. New signage, sidewalks, shingles, and stucco gave the outdated storefronts of this tired 30 year-old plaza a fresh new look. In the fall of 2020 we were pleased to be invited to the dedication ceremony for the Weber family who owned and worked these lands from 1920 until it was developed as a commercial property in 1986. < More Projects

February 6, 2023 Woodhouse Group is proud to share that six buildings in our commercial portfolio have earned the WELL Health-Safety Rating through the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). The WELL Health-Safety Rating is an internationally recognized, third-party verified certification for measuring, implementing, and monitoring building features that prioritize human health, well-being, and performance. The designation is informed by the WELL Building Standard and combines best practices in design, technology, and operations with evidence-based scientific research – harnessing buildings as vehicles to support health and wellness. “We’re thrilled that the IWBI has endorsed our efforts to achieve the highest health and safety standards for these properties,” said Sebastian Skuza , Real Estate Manager, Woodhouse Group. “Engaging with WELL has been a huge step for Woodhouse Group in understanding the impact our buildings have on individual health, social interaction, and well-being.
