June 6th, 2018
Kitchener, Ontario - After twenty years in separate businesses, Ken and Doug Woodhouse, of Woodhouse Group Inc., and their brother Jim Woodhouse Jr., of First Response Restorations, are reunited in the disaster restoration industry.
Woodhouse Group continually strives to provide superior disaster restoration services to its customers, maintaining a high level of care and control delivered every day by our highly knowledgeable and experienced staff.
In order to be successful in the disaster restoration industry today, a contractor requires a multitude of business disciplines, a strong sense of communication and the ability for the business to adapt to a variety of changing conditions and events, while delivering quality workmanship.
Woodhouse Group has long believed that in order to embody these basic elements of success that it has an obligation to define its disaster restoration business model based on two primary customers.
The Owner; whether it is a home or business owner, an institution, condo corporation - condo owner, multi residential owner or tenant.
The burden, emotion and financial stress on a family or business owner after a loss simply cannot be quantified. Choosing a contractor that has a proven history time and time again of restoring homes and businesses quickly with quality, while minimizing disruption during a period of unexpected mitigation and re-construction who truly cares about you as their customer, should not be overlooked.
Often an owner has never experienced a loss or insurance property claim. Understanding mitigation (emergency response), reconstruction, contents cleaning and non-restorable contents can be overwhelming. We support you in every step of the way, channeling the required reporting functions and documentation promptly to your insurer on your behalf.
The Insurer; our other primary customer, its representatives, third party administrators, independent adjusting firms and brokers may have a vested interest in a property loss.
Woodhouse Group clearly understands that an insurer requires a high level of deliverables in order to reduce its claim costs. Our disaster restoration operations are defined by a key set of measures that surpass industry standards maintaining checks and balances that enables us to provide a consistent, high quality product with accuracy. If an insurer requires us to customize our deliverables specific to their needs, no problem. We simply identify the deviation points or additional requirements and execute them into your custom claims handing profile and we produce the desired results.
The management of these deliverables are supported seamlessly through Quality Assurance with forecasting abilities in order to make the necessary adjustments to ensure success.
