Woodhouse Group Announces Next Phase of Growth

Kitchener, ON — Woodhouse Group is excited to share an important milestone in the organization’s journey. As the business continues to grow and expand its capabilities, it will now operate as three companies: Woodhouse Group, Woodhouse Contracting, and Woodhouse Restorations.
Woodhouse Contracting will carry forward the company’s general contracting work, delivering new construction, tenant fit-outs, renovations, accessibility improvements, and adaptive reuse projects for commercial, industrial, institutional, and multi-residential clients.
Woodhouse Restorations will continue to provide 24/7 emergency response, property recovery, and environmental remediation services for homeowners, property owners, healthcare facilities, commercial clients, and our insurance partners.
Woodhouse Group will focus on real estate development, asset management, and strategic partnerships. It will also play an important role in leading Woodhouse’s community engagement initiatives and supporting the continued growth and alignment of all three companies.

All three companies will continue to be closely connected through the shared purpose, values, and leadership that Woodhouse is built on. The existing leadership team will remain in place, along with the same care for our teams, our relationships, and the way we work together across the business.
