Through Woodhouse Group, we offer leasing, asset management, tenant improvements, and development support.

Like many family businesses, Woodhouse grew over time through hard work, strong relationships, and a willingness to follow opportunities where they led.
Founded in 1968 as a family aluminum siding business in Kitchener, Ontario, Woodhouse gradually expanded into construction and renovation work. Over the years, that foundation, combined with decades of experience and trusted client relationships, helped the company grow into Ontario’s largest independent insurance restoration company.
In 2011, Woodhouse built on that experience by forming a broader company working across general contracting, real estate management, and environmental services. In 2016, the disaster restoration division took shape as its own focused area of the business.
As Woodhouse continued to grow, it became clear that the business had outgrown its previous structure. Today, it operates as three distinct companies under the Woodhouse name: Woodhouse Contracting, focused on general contracting; Woodhouse Restorations, focused on emergency response and disaster recovery; and Woodhouse Group, focused on real estate, leasing, asset management, development, and strategic partnerships. Each company brings its own strengths and area of expertise, while remaining grounded in the same values and shared sense of purpose.
What has remained consistent since the beginning is our commitment to doing good work, building strong relationships, and doing right by the people and communities we serve. Many of our clients have worked with us for decades, and one of the greatest compliments we can receive is when they come back with another project or recommend us to others. Across every part of the business, our goal remains the same: to leave things better than we found them.
