Team Woodhouse gave his local tech company’s space a fresh and functional facelift, returning 4000sf of office space back to base building before a full interior redesign. A main common workspace and eight new offices were created complete with new HVAC, electrical, flooring, and glass features. Designer lighting fixtures modernize the space, while mechanical systems were added to the ceiling and painted to brighten up and give height to this open-concept space.
