Woodhouse Group’s General Contracting team completed a full interior renovation for Zenreach, transforming 4,000 sq. ft. of office space in Waterloo into a modern, open-concept workspace. The project began by returning the unit to base building condition, followed by a complete redesign to support collaboration and functionality. Key upgrades included a refreshed common area, eight new private offices, and improvements to building systems with new HVAC, electrical, and mechanical installations.
The design emphasized both performance and aesthetics, with new flooring, glass partitions, and custom lighting fixtures to create a bright and contemporary environment. Ceilings were updated with exposed mechanical systems and fresh paint to add height and openness to the space. The result is a highly functional, welcoming workplace that reflects Zenreach’s identity as a forward-thinking tech company and supports their team with an adaptable, inspiring office environment.
