Woodhouse Group is proud to have successfully completed this expansive institutional project for the University of Waterloo to expand Velocity Garage by a 29,000 square feet. This major project not only modernized the existing infrastructure but also created enough room to accommodate up to 120 startups.

The complex project involved extensive renovations, including state-of-the-art workspaces, communal areas for collaboration, and advanced tech amenities, all designed to cultivate a cutting-edge atmosphere for startups to thrive. In completing the Velocity Garage expansion, Woodhouse Group adhered to the highest standards of quality and durability, successfully meeting both the timeline and budget requirements for the project.
