Woodhouse Group is proud to have managed the construction of a pioneering Level 7 provincially-funded clean room - one of the first facilities of its kind in Ontario dedicated to manufacturing N95 masks. Completed during the COVID-19 pandemic with an accelerated timeframe of 10 weeks, this state-of-the-art facility was created in an existing 48,000 sq. ft. open warehouse. Utilizing our unmatched expertise in construction management, we seamlessly integrated a HEPA filter system, installed hydrostatic epoxy flooring, and transformed an existing office to meet the client's needs - all while ensuring top-quality electrical and lighting installations.

Navigating supply chain delays due to COVID-19 and tight timelines, our team demonstrated resilience and ingenuity. To meet the challenge of suite separation, we strategically built a 2,500 sq. ft. shaft wall, demarcating our work space from the warehouse. Woodhouse Group's construction management was not merely instrumental for this project; it was pivotal in turning a construction project into a vital community asset in the fight against a global pandemic.
