Woodhouse Group was proud to deliver the full tenant fit-out for Poppy’s Bagel & Bakery’s newest location at Conestoga Mall, marking the brand’s second home in Waterloo Region. Taking over the former Cultures counter in the food court, our General Contracting team managed a complete transformation of the space to align with Poppy’s reputation for fresh, hand-rolled Montreal-style bagels. The renovation involved stripping out the existing finishes and reconfiguring the layout with new underground plumbing, ensuring the space could accommodate a fully functioning bakery café environment.

The scope also included custom millwork, fresh wall tile, upgraded lighting, and new signage to create a welcoming and efficient customer experience. From design details to functional upgrades, the fit-out reflects Poppy’s commitment to quality and locally sourced ingredients while positioning the brand for continued growth.
