Woodhouse Group successfully partnered with NEO Architecture to construct MEDA's 16,00 sq. ft. global headquarters in Waterloo. The project was to transform an existing commercial space into an eco-friendly, state-of-the-art office environment complete with common areas, offices, kitchens, and activity pods. To align with MEDA's commitment to sustainability, we incorporated green construction practices including DIRTT wall modular office systems, recycled interface carpets, and a water saving system.
Our construction management approach was anchored in meticulous planning and coordination, ensuring that every phase - from design consultation to final construction - was executed to meet sustainability goals, aesthetic vision, and long-term functionality. Time management and budget adherence were key components, monitored through our project management software and regular stakeholder updates.
