Location

Kitchener Memorial Auditorium, 400 East Ave, Kitchener

Woodhouse Group recently completed a major renovation at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium, home of the Kitchener Rangers. The project enhanced the Rangers’ main floor amenities with a new state-of-the-art fitness centre, expanded players’ lounge, and upgraded athletic therapy and recovery areas. To make room for these high-performance facilities, the team’s business offices were relocated to the third floor, where a full suite of modern offices was constructed. Additionally, the Subscribers Lounge was transformed into the Don Cameron Media Room, providing an updated space for accredited media, scouts, and officials, with flexibility for larger events.

As general contractor, Woodhouse Group managed the project under a compressed off-season schedule, coordinating design, trades, and construction to deliver on time for the new season. The renovation reflects the Rangers’ commitment to excellence both on and off the ice, while also showcasing Woodhouse Group’s expertise in managing complex, multi-faceted upgrades within a tight timeline. The company’s sponsorship of the Don Cameron Media Room underscores its long-standing partnership with the team and its dedication to supporting community sports.
