Woodhouse Group partnered with ABA Architects as the prime contractor leading the transformation of a previously conventional tech office into Depth Training & Physiotherapy's 14,500 sq. ft. training and rehabilitation facility in Waterloo Technology Park. This tenant fit-out is a testament to Woodhouse Group's commitment to quality and efficient project management. Through meticulous planning and execution, we successfully managed every aspect from structural modifications to final touches and transitioned this ordinary space into an extraordinary fitness and rehabilitation centre.
The scope of work included creating a range of amenities including two turf areas, dual weight rooms, a private studio, eight treatment rooms, and open treatment space, change rooms, and specialized recovery room. The project stands as an example of how we turn ambitious visions into functional realities, exceeding client expectations through collaborative effort and expertise.
