Woodhouse Group completed the full tenant fit-out for Clementina Café and Bakery, transforming both the main level and basement into a welcoming, functional space designed for a bustling café environment. The project included the build-out of a cafe space on the main floor including custom service counters and seating areas, along with supporting infrastructure such as upgraded mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems and a new elevator.
The basement was renovated to provide three accessible washrooms and a full commercial kitchen. With careful attention to finishes and layout, the space balances charm and practicality, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers while supporting the daily needs of a busy bakery café.
