Woodhouse Group’s General Contracting team recently completed the full fit-out of Arnold Hearing Centres’ new Guelph location, transforming an empty base building unit into a welcoming, accessible, and highly functional healthcare environment. The clinic was carefully designed to balance patient comfort with clinical efficiency, ensuring the space feels both professional and inviting.
The scope of work included a bright reception area, kitchenette, and accessible washroom, along with specialized spaces such as consultation rooms, diagnostic rooms, lab rooms, and custom soundbooths. To meet the unique acoustic needs of a hearing care facility, we installed insulated walls and acoustic ceiling tiles throughout, ensuring superior sound control.
