Woodhouse Group expertly managed the transformation of the century-old Schlichter’s Automotive garage in Downtown Kitchener into a modern 10,000 sq. ft. office space for tech startup Alert Labs. Our construction management team executed comprehensive interior and exterior renovations, seamlessly integrating high-end finishes while preserving the building’s historical essence. The newly-configured layout emphasizes natural light and extended sight lines, creating an open and collaborative work environment.

Premium exterior paint and windows were carefully selected and modernized the facade. The result was a stunning blend of customized workstations, spacious co-working areas, and vibrant design elements that compliment the space’s existing concrete features. The project exemplifies Woodhouse Group’s commitment to providing construction management services of the highest quality, turning our client’s vision into a functional and visually captivating workspace.
