Office Renovations Complete at 17 Benton Street in Downtown Kitchener

Working in collaboration with NEO Architecture, the project reimagined the space through the careful integration of original exposed elements including brick walls, open ceilings, and visible ductwork with modern finishes such as glass partitions, minimalist furniture, and clean architectural lines. Natural light, neutral tones, and greenery contribute to a balanced and inviting workspace designed to support productivity and well-being.

In addition to the interior transformation, the project included the construction of a new fourth floor, upgraded electrical and plumbing systems, and earned the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) Health-Safety Rating, reinforcing Woodhouse Contracting's commitment to creating healthier, people-focused environments.
