Woodhouse Contracting Completes Tenant Fit-Out for Clementina Café and Bakery

Kitchener, ON - Woodhouse Contracting has completed the full tenant fit-out for Clementina Café and Bakery, delivering a thoughtfully designed space that brings together character, comfort, and the practical needs of a high-traffic food service environment.

The project included the transformation of both the main level and basement, creating a welcoming café setting on the main floor with custom service counters, seating areas, and upgraded mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. A new elevator was also added to improve accessibility and support the overall function of the space.

In the basement, renovations included three accessible washrooms and a full commercial kitchen designed to support the day-to-day demands of a busy bakery café operation.
