Woodhouse Group is proud to announce that Shaun DeLorey has come onboard to lead our General Contracting and Woodhouse Restorations divisions as our new Chief Operating Officer (COO).

​

With more than 25 years of experience in the restoration and construction industry, Shaun’s focus will be on streamlining our operations, exploring opportunities for business growth, and amplifying our corporate responsibility impact. 

​

“Shaun is a high-performing operations executive with a great understanding of what our customers and communities need from us,” said Joe Woodhouse, CEO of Woodhouse Group. “Our goal has always been to lead, and with Shaun on board, we’re better positioned to do so than ever before.” 

​

Shaun’s return to Woodhouse Group marks an exciting full-circle journey as he was a top-producing Project Manager here in the early 2000’s. Since then, he’s honed his skills in various leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of Catastrophe Response with a national property restoration contractor.  

​

Now he’s back to lead our construction and restoration operations with a ton of expertise, a passion for community-driven service, and an ambitious vision for the future. 

​

“It’s a great time to be back at Woodhouse Group,” says Shaun. "There's a lot to look forward to as we work to stay ahead of the curve and continue delivering services that really make a difference.” 

​

Shaun holds Master Restorer Designations from IICRC and an Honours diploma from Humber College’s Architectural Drafting and Design program. His understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the restoration and construction sectors will be instrumental in navigating our path forward. 

​

In addition to his operational role, Shaun will also actively contribute to advancing our environmental, social, and governance initiatives as part of the core strategy of our business, better positioning Woodhouse Group as a leader in corporate responsibility within the industry.
